No Returns or Refunds

At this time, Canny Crafting does not offer returns or refunds.

All sales are final. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Candles and home fragrance items
  • Limited releases or seasonal collections

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as scent preference, accidental damage after delivery, or buyer’s remorse.

Replacements for Damaged Items

In rare situations where your order arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email support@cannycrafting.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. Replacement eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Canny Crafting is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but lost or stolen

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that packages can be received safely.

Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
